[New Implementations]
 
• Added Halloween Madness Event (use @npc halloweenevent).
• Introduced Red Devil Wings (obtainable via Quest & Donation).
• Added Guild Shop (use @npc guildshop).
• Added Kiel D-01 Blueprint (refer to our updated wiki for details).
• Red Valkyrie Helm & Red Dragon Wings are now available in the Donation Shop.
• Implemented Rush Hour in the Gold Room (PK OFF) with scheduled times: 6 PM, 2 AM,
  and 10 AM.
• Launched a New Battle Pass! Claimable on the 14th (must be claimed from Donation
  NPC before starting the daily quest).
• Added Combo Effect for Reliance Crown + Book of Skulls + Spider Wings (Wounded
  Morocc BP)
• Added Reliance Crown to Wounded Morroc Blueprint.
• Added Celestial Sphere to Memory of Thanatos Blueprint.
• Added Red Lighthalzen to Biolab Blueprint.
• Added Floating Tai-Chi Spheres to World Boss Blueprint.

[Game Improvements]

• Doubled the amount of consumables from the Daily and Achievement Supply Boxes.
• Disabled High Jump in War of Emperium.

[Bugs & Fixes]
• Fixed an issue where Aspersio skill was not bypassing on GTB Card.
• Resolved the Skewer Combo effect bug.
• Fixed the Lucky Draw slot bug.
• Glass Bead weight reduced from 5 to 1.
