[New Implementation]
 
• MVP Reward Headgear every 15th and 31st.
  ▫ Top 1: Job Ticket + 15 days premium + Supplies + Costume (Consecrate Aureola).
  ▫ Top 2: 15 days premium + supplies + Costume (Consecrate Aureola).
  ▫ Top 3: 7 days premium + Supplies + Costume (Consecrate Aureola).
• Costume (Consecrate Aureola) – 15 days expiration.
• Implemented GTB and Tao Gunka Card now drops in Bloody Branch and Endless Tower.
  ▫ 0.25% drop rate in Endless Tower (GTB).
  ▫ 0.10% drop rate in Bloody Branch (GTB and TGK).
• Thanatos Card now drops in Thanatos Tower (1% drop rate).
• World Boss now gives World Boss shards to Top 1 Damager as a guaranteed reward
  (Players ranked between 2nd and 10th in damage will still receive World Boss
  Shards, but these will be granted randomly).
• Added Wickebine Ears and Vesper Headgear on Blueprint Quests.
 
[Game Improvement]
 
• Removal of @refresh Cooldown (with 2 seconds CD before).
• Removal of +2 Allstats on Legendary Cap.
• Modified AoE damage for Cart Termination.
  ▫ Main Target: 100% damage to the primary target. 
  ▫ Splash Damage: Any players within a 2x2 area around the main target will receive
    reduced damage, at 75% of the original damage per additional player. 
• Reduce Selling Price for 3-Carat Diamond.
• Reduce Drop rate for 3-Carat Diamond from 100% to 5% (on regular monsters).
• Reduce Weight for Jellopy and Orcish Voucher from 1 to .1.
• Reduce Weight for Stone of Sage from 30 to 0.1.
• Reduce Stone of Sage requirements for Crown Good and Evil (Thanatos Blueprint
  Quest).
• Disabled Vending in Quest Area.
• Remove/Modified some Daily Quest item/monster requirements.
• Sniper Card Effect Modification from Perfectly Hit to Hit + Lifesteal effect.
  ▫ Hit + 200, Gives 50% Lifesteal.
  ▫ Sniper Class: Inflict 25% more damage with Sharp Shooting.
