[General Updates]

• Disabled Scrolls (Ghostring and Tao Gunka Scroll – in @ii but not available in the
  whole server).
• Reduce price and drop rate of item Witherless Rose, Stone of Sage, Khukri.
• Speed Mission increased time limit (from 3 mins to 5 mins).
• Added Golden Thief Bug/Tao Gunka/Fallen Bishop Hibram/Gloom Under Night Card in
  Non-Donor Room restriction.
• Empty Bottle Box Description Fix.
• Reduced Rare MvP Chance on Bloody Branch.
• Flame Heart weight reduced (from 30 to 1).
• Fallen Bishop Hibram Spirit changed to Upper.
