Instace Researcher

You can type @npc instance in-game.

An Instance, or Memorial Dungeon, is a dungeon type where a unique copy is generated for each party that attempts to enter.

This process requires a brief period for the server to create the instance, which is only accessible for a limited time before it expires. Consequently, each party enjoys exclusive access to their instance.

Misc:

Instance Ticket is your one-way ticket for another run of any available instances in-game.

Just go to Vote Shop NPC(@npc voteshop)

Vote Shop NPC

1. Go to Instance Researcher(@npc instance)

2. Choose the instance that you want to reset the cooldown.

3. Select 'Reset Cooldown' option.

All instances in-game are account based.
